02 · Secure comms

A line to your team only they can read.

The principal messages your team from inside the app — text, photos, files, voice. Every room is end-to-end encrypted with keys that live on their device and yours. We relay it; we can't read it.

  • End-to-end encrypted. Device keys mean the server only ever holds ciphertext — there's no copy for us to read or hand over.
  • A room per operation and engagement. The right people on the right thread — nothing bleeding across.
  • No backdoor, by design. History is gated behind a passphrase we never hold.

03 · AI assistant

Their own intelligence, on call.

The principal can just ask — about a name in a report, a site on their schedule, what's happened on their account this week. The assistant answers from their engagement's own dossiers, assessments, and activity, and nothing else.

Your principal knows things you don't — routines, names, the school run, a route they always take. They can add it themselves, by voice or text, and it flows straight into the assistant's knowledge for the engagement. And when an organization needs to build its own intelligence, the roles flex to fit.

  • Client contributions. Voice or text notes that enrich the engagement's knowledge — no ticket, no wait.

05 · Your client's keys

They can hold the keys themselves.

For the most security-conscious principals, an engagement's most sensitive data can be encrypted under a key the client holds in their own cloud key vault — Google Cloud or AWS — outside our reach and the firm's. They can revoke access at any time, on their own terms.

  • Client-managed encryption. The engagement's key lives in the client's own Google Cloud or AWS key vault, under their control.
  • Revocable on their say-so. Pull the key and the data goes dark — no deletion request required.
  • Set per engagement. Custody is scoped to the relationship, so it fits exactly the clients who demand it.
