Client Experience · the principal's app

Your firm, in their pocket.

An app that makes every principal feel like your only client.

The principal's app

Make every client feel like your only one.

Most firms go dark between jobs. The Overwatch client app keeps your principal in the loop — they see the operations you run, the intelligence you produce, and the activity on their account, as it happens. A retainer stops feeling like an invoice and starts feeling like a service they can reach out and touch — private, secure, and entirely yours, in their pocket.

01 · Service requests

A new job is a few taps away.

When your principal needs protective work — a detail, an event, a recon — they request it right from the app. It lands in your queue, scoped and ready to turn into a proposed operation. The friction to ask you for more drops to almost nothing.

  • Client-initiated. EP details, event security, recon, crisis response, home security, monitoring — requested in a few taps.
  • Straight into your pipeline. Every request lands ready to scope and convert into an operation.
  • Less friction, more dealflow. When asking is this easy, one-off jobs turn into standing work.

02 · Secure comms

A line to your team only they can read.

The principal messages your team from inside the app — text, photos, files, voice. Every room is end-to-end encrypted with keys that live on their device and yours. We relay it; we can't read it.

  • End-to-end encrypted. Device keys mean the server only ever holds ciphertext — there's no copy for us to read or hand over.
  • A room per operation and engagement. The right people on the right thread — nothing bleeding across.
  • No backdoor, by design. History is gated behind a passphrase we never hold.

03 · AI Assistant

Their own intelligence, on call.

The principal can just ask — about a name in a report, a site on their schedule, what's happened on their account this week. The assistant answers from their engagement's own dossiers, assessments, and activity, and nothing else.

  • Ask in plain language. Grounded in the principal's own intelligence — not the open internet.
  • Engagement-scoped. It only ever sees their engagement's data — never another client's.
  • Always current. Operations, intel, and monitoring flow into it as you work.

04 · Client intelligence

Let them build on what you know.

Your principal knows things you don't — routines, names, the school run, a route they always take. They can add it themselves, by voice or text, and it flows straight into the assistant's knowledge for the engagement. And when an organization needs to build its own intelligence, the roles flex to fit.

  • Client contributions. Voice or text notes that enrich the engagement's knowledge — no ticket, no wait.
  • Roles that fit the org. Admin, manager, member, viewer — each sees and does exactly what it should.
  • Restricted Contributor. A locked-down role for organizations that need to feed in intelligence without seeing operations, comms, or anyone else's data — they contribute, and nothing more.

05 · Your client's keys

They can hold the keys themselves.

For the most security-conscious principals, an engagement's most sensitive data can be encrypted under a key the client manages in their own KMS — not ours, not the firm's. They can revoke access at any time, on their own terms.

  • Client-managed encryption. The engagement's key lives in the client's own cloud KMS, under their control.
  • Revocable on their say-so. Pull the key and the data goes dark — no deletion request required.
  • Set per engagement. Custody is scoped to the relationship, so it fits exactly the clients who demand it.
